Our client is the leading On-Demand/SaaS loan origination software company, is seeking a
highly motivated, self-starters for the role of Sales Account Representative. They have sustained
significant growth over the past several years averaging well over 45% annually. Regions available include the upper Midwest, Northeast and Pacific Northwest.
Over 10,000 lending professionals from banks to credit unions to private lenders use
their On-Demand, SaaS solution.
Job Description:
They are seeking Regional Sales Managers to sell our 100% On-Demand/SaaS software to banking and lending institutions in the upper Midwest, Northeast and Pacific Northwest.
Job Role:
The ideal candidate will have a deep, successful track record in mid-tier (C-level) software sales with demonstrated strong sales processes. Outstanding communication and organizational skills are a must in developing clear sales strategies regarding sales leads. You will develop a clear understanding of the business success criteria of prospective customers to determine the sales plan and what it takes to close opportunities. You will work both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrating a strong experienced based sales methodology is a requirement.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:
• Build sales strategies, plans and timelines for prospective leads.
• Utilize top-down selling techniques to identify key decision makers.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face appointments (and/or web demos) with key decision makers and project groups.
• Understand the customers’/prospects’ current lending environment and value proposition
requirements.
• Work with sales engineers in presenting well orchestrated presentations and product
demonstrations.
• Build and present proposals to prospective customers.
• Build ongoing relationships with key decision makers to expand future sales opportunities within
their organization.
• Record your sales activities in our customer management system.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years Software Sales experience and 5 years of software industry background.
• Banking and/or lending background a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and basic accounting a plus.
