Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Writer/Systems Analyst with Lotus Notes Domino database knowledge for a Columbus, Ohio contract position, available immediately. This person must have the ability to interview and understand technical details provided by senior engineering resources and translate into clear, complete, concise documentation.

This Tech Writer will complete documentation in the ECS Run Book, based upon interviews and draft information received from Systems Engineers. The Run Book is an IBM Lotus Domino database. Focus will be on IBM/Lotus Connections product, but may include some documentation for other products, as well.
Under moderate supervision, this person designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements moderately complex hardware/software components, tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of systems. He or she makes moderately complex modifications to existing hardware/software to fit specialized needs and configurations, and maintains program libraries and technical documentation. In this role, he or she will assist in planning, scheduling and implementation and will initiate corrective action to stay on schedule.
Applicants should have at least three years of technical software and hardware analysis, programming and installation.
