Job Description:
We are looking for a highly capable Project Manager for a contract role (with the possibility of hire) with a Columbus, Ohio client. This role requires an individual who can really guide a project successfully and can handle some personnel management responsibilities. He or she will be responsible for a few local resources as well as a small team of offshore resources.

The company wants to move into a better defined agile development process and typically has aggressive timeframes for their releases. This role is much less about reporting and budgets and more about managing the project to ensure they meet timelines with quality product. In addition, there will be some customer contact involved.
To be successful in this role, the PM applicants need to have work experience in a startup or small software company, experience working in an agile environment, strong PM & people management skills and the ability to work extra hours as needed.
