Job Description:
A Columbus, Ohio team is in need of a Specialist and Sr. Analyst/Testers to create test plans, execute test scripts & test executions. This person will run automated testing, test a server upgrade and provide testing support. In this role, the analyst/tester will enter defects, analyze defects and retest, providing status updates to the test lead.
This person carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements. He or she performs and leads tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom of defects. This person may create test data for applications and will document and work to resolve complex problems. This person reports progress on problem resolution to management, devises improvements to current testing procedures, and executes test configuration management activities for complex work efforts. He or she acts as an information resource about assigned technical areas to less experienced staff.
