Job Description:
A Columbus, Ohio team is looking for a data modeler / data analyst that can assist the data warehouse team complete the data warehouse data model for the remaining subject areas of data.
This position requires analyzing data from a variety of data sources to present a cohesive view of the firm’s data. This role will report to the data architect who will oversee and provide overall architecture and guidance to how the data warehouse model should be constructed.

Responsibilities of this position include:
•Analyze and integrate information from disparate systems to create a cohesive, comprehensive data model for each identified subject area of data
•Must have a good understanding of dimensional modeling and ER-modeling
•Advanced SQL is a must
•Experience with ETL tools is nice to have
•Must be strong in the fundamentals of DBMS concepts
•Experience in the following DBMS environments: Oracle/Unix, MS SQL Server/NT, Netezza
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate interaction between the business and IT
•Apply appropriate problem solving methodologies to the analysis and solution of problems
