Job Description:
-Design and develop J2EE applications and complex HTML pages
- Design and develop Flash applications.
-Develop and execute cohesive test plans
-Provide Production support on a rotating basis
Skills Required:
- Strong technical skills in Java, Flash, HTML, CSS, XML, Web Services, Oracle
- Strong working knowledge of J2EE patterns, object oriented analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong problem solving, project planning, systems analysis, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a high degree of motivation.
Experience Required:
- 3+ yrs Website development and management using technolgies listed in required skills ( J2EE, JavaScript, Flash,.. HTML)
- 3+ yrs of experience with Weblogic / Websphere
- 3+ yrs. of experience with Object Oriented Analysis and design concepts
- Content management and workflow prioritization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience Preferred:
-Broad FMCC Operations and Dealership Communications experience
Education Required:
4-Year College Degree in Business, IT, or related field or experience
Education Preferred:
In-depth exposure to web technologies and programming languages
