Job Description:
Experience in system development methodologies: such as SDLC (System Development Life Cycle = Classic SDM/waterfall) or RUP (Rational Unified Process).
Experience in creating Project Charter, Business Owner View, Use Case Model and Specifications(e.g. Use Case) .
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team. Demonstrated understanding of data modeling.
Experience in using MS Visio for process flows, swim lane, and etc.
Strong working knowledge and experience with Excel macros ,Java and SQL Server software.
Strong focus on quality and process improvements
Effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal direction Ability to perform multiple job family tasks if required (SDA, Lead Designer, BA)
Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and teamwork skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in business and IT
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Highly motivated with the drive to deliver and to manage team objectives
Skills Preferred:
Prior Ford Experience as a BA. Knowledge of Purchasing (either Prod or NonProd) business and processing Experiences with IT processes (SDM,eTracker, TeamConnect, ITMS,MRS, DORF, etc).
