Job Description:
Provide 1st level user support for a variety of Plant Floor and MP&L systems at the Van Dyke Transmission Plant.
Skills Required:
General understanding of current Ford systems: development, implementation, and support methodologies.
Skills Preferred:
Prior experience developing or supporting applications.
Prior support or development exposure to MS Windows 98, NT, 2000, and XP environments.
Prior support or development exposure to SQL Server and Oracle database environments.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Experience Required:
Prior exposure to a manufacturing environment Experience with PLCs or a controls environment is preferred.
