Job Description:	TECH LEAD: The Tech lead is responsible for coding, bug remediation and launching of projects through the Technology department. When a project comes into the department, a Tech Lead will be assigned and it will be their responsibility to make sure all goals identified in the project deliverables are satisfied. The Tech lead role covers several, specialties. A tech lead could be a specialist in UI development (advanced DHTML, AJAX, etc.), the middle tier (webservices, 3rd party integration, etc.) and/or database development (T-SOL) or and web development generalist. The specialty required will vary depending on the particular job opening. . MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES / PRINICIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members • Develop, test, implement, and maintain code for a high volume marketing web site. • Work closely together with internal teams (Brand Communications, ProjeGt Management, Account, Analytics and Creative) to implement required functionality and design • Able to adhere to development and documentation standards • Able to work with and oversee development process throughout the project life cycle KNOWLEDGE AND SKilLS: • Web design/technical support and programming experience • Translating business requirements into functional specifications • Expert understanding of HTML,DHTMl, Javascript, XML, .NET, Databases, Version Control software/procedures • Experience of working within a busy marketing communications function MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or closely related field or five years professionaileve'l computer programming experience in a real world, consumer facing web site. Work on a marketing web site'a plus. • Experience developing consumer facing web-based database driven sites, applications using ASP as well as a high degree of knowledge of HTMl, DHTML,. XMl, VB Script, Java Script, .NET, XMl, Transact-SOL and MS SOL Server 2000. • Experience in technical and procedural documentation required. • A minimum,of 5+ years experience developing or testing commercial software with at least 3 years experience programming consumer facing web sites using ASP. • 3+ years team or technical lead experience in development • Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.
