Job Description:
This position is for a Sr Java/J2EE SDA who will lead the overall global design of the Supplier Delivery Perfromance Rating - next Generation application. The position will determine overall architecture and the security strategy for Supplier Delivery Perfromance Rating - next Generation application (SDPR NG), as well as assist PM in estimating, planning and assigning work. The position will oversee design and build work products for other golbal resources. This foundation work that spans the re-write and replacement of 5 global applications. The position will also be responsible for J2EE System Analysis and Design.
Skills Required:
- 6+ years IT Overall experience designing applications
- Minimum 6 years object oriented design and implementation experience to lead the design of the complex global application
- Strong knowledge and experience with J2EE, IBM WebSphere, SQL Server
- Familiar with warehouse procedures and designs
- Experience working with a screen design team for usabilty
- Ability to work independently on assignments while applying analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Ability to work with the Project Manager to plan and estimate work products
- MUST have excellent, CLEAR communications skills
- Must be able to work efficiently with co-located teams.
Minimum requirements include:
. 4+ yrs. of JAVA EE development experience .
4+ yrs of experience with Java, XML .
4 + yrs of exp in EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC .
4 + yrs of experience in (SQL / ORACLE / DB2 / SQL server) .
3+ yrs of experience in JUnit .
3+ yrs of experience in UML .
3+ yrs of experience with WSAD / RAD / Eclipse .
3+ yrs of experience with WebSphere application server or equiv (Weblogic, JBOSS, Glassfish) .
1+ yrs of experience with PVCS or equivalent .
2+ yrs of experience with Struts (MVC) framework .
2+ yrs of experience with Object Oriented Analysis and design concepts .
Knowledge of core JAVA EE patterns .
2+ yrs Web Services Design / Development experience .
2+ yrs experience with Object to Relational Persistence (Toplink, Hibernate, JPA.) .
2+ yrs experience with Cryptography, Authentication, Authorization, Single Sign On, Message Level Security
Skills Preferred:
Sun Certified Java Developer (SCJD)
Sun Certified Web Component Developer (SCWCD) .
Sun Certified Developer for Java Web Services (SCDJWS) .
Sun Certified Mobile Application Developer (SCMAD) .
Experience with Ford USDM or RUP . AJAX / JSF / XSLT, JavaScript, HTML
Education Required:
Computer Science or equivalent
