Job Description:
This resource will need to be able to interact directly with business customers to gather, document and review business requirements as it relates to the part sourcing process. As a process analyst you will be expected to work alongside the business SMEs to understand, decompose and document process applications as a collaborative team. You will be expected to understand the current workflow process in technical detail, identify and document modifications and enhancements to that process, assess upstream and downstream impacts to changes, and communicate that appropriately through verbal and written communication methods.
Skills Required:
-In depth experience documenting business processes in a workflow / process modeling tool.
-Business Process Re-engineering and Methodology Business Analyst Experience
-Experience with Java, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and XSLT Iterative (USDM)
-Project Management Experience
-Process Modeling skills using standard notations like BPMN, BPEL
-Experience in Organizational Change Management
-Experience of UML/Use Case Modeling
-Experience of 6-Sigma methodology for process analysis and improvement
-Knowledge of SCM and Code Review Practices
-Knowledge of Web Services, http and SOA
-Good Communication Skills and ability to utilize desktop tools to accelerate communications (Wikis, IM, NetMeeting, etc.)
***This individual will be both a technical development and business analyst role - requiring some level of development experience.
Skills Preferred:
Lombardi Teamworks experience not required, but experienced candidates will be prioritized above others.
Education Required:
Bachelors Degree - Computer Information Systems
